PROCESSING

All orders are scheduled for shipment immediately after the order has been placed. You will receive an automated shipping notification by email or via phone with your tracking information within 1-5 business days. On average, our customers receive their tracking information within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order.

We ask that you double check your order to ensure all of the details are correct before checking out. If you made a mistake and need to cancel or edit your order, please email hello@shopdoma.co as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we are unable to cancel or edit orders that have already been shipped.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Due to earlier than normal holiday purchasing, and ongoing stress on shipping carriers, Shipping may take up to 5 business days, or longer, to arrive. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience!

Your order is processed and shipped from either our California or Texas location for domestic US orders.

We have several expedited shipping options available at checkout based on your current location.

Please note that orders must be received by 9:00am CST to be processed same-business day. Orders received after 9:00am CST may be processed on the following business day and your shipping tracking information will be made available for you.

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates starting from the day your package has been shipped and are not guaranteed. We will not be able to refund orders or shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date.
